Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you can sign up with your email and start using WarpBuild immediately. You will be need to add a payment method when you hit the free usage or credit limits.
What is the billing granularity?
CI runners are billed on a per-minute basis. Helios Code Reviews are billed per active user per-month. An active user is any Git user who has raised a PR that is reviewed by Helios.
Does WarpBuild access my code if I use Github Actions runners?
No, we do not access your code. We only access the GitHub events to trigger the CI jobs.
Does WarpBuild access my code if I use Helios?
Helios constructs an internal representation of your codebase across all your repositories. This is used to provide context for the code reviews and powers the code intelligence features. We do not access your code for model training, and we have Zero Data Retention agreements with our model providers to ensure that your data is not used for any other purpose.
Are you SOC2 compliant?
WarpBuild is SOC2 Type 2 compliant. You can view the SOC2 report here - https://compliance.warpbuild.com/
When do I get billed?
By default, the billing happens on the last day of each month. However, each account has a threshold based on the usage and history. Once that threshold is crossed, the payment method on file may be charged mid-cycle.
How do you store the payment details?
We do not store payment information. The details are stored securely in Stripe.
