Bug Fix: AWS BYOC: Fixed ECR authentication issues for runners in public subnets. CloudFormation stack template v1.4 now includes VPC endpoint security group rules allowing traffic from both public and private subnet CIDRs. Existing BYOC AWS users with public subnet runners should upgrade to v1.4 template.
